Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We are contracted with Medicare, Medicaid and many other insurance companies. There are certain insurance companies we are not contracted with, and do not have out of network benefits. Working with your insurance company, we are sometimes able obtain equipment on an exception basis.

Q: What do I need to get equipment or services?
A: Please contact us at 918-622-5433. We will happily explain the process to obtain the equipment or services needed for your particular situation.

Q: Do I need a therapist?
A: Yes we want to work in a team approach with you, your therapist and family members. There are some instances when a therapist may not be required, for example a simple repair, but if you have a therapist, we involve them in the process.

Q: My mother is in a nursing home, will Medicare or Medicaid pay for a wheelchair?
A: No, any person in a nursing facility is not eligible for these services. These are to be provided by the facility.

Q: Do you buy used equipment?
A: No, but there are many charitable organizations you can donate your equipment to for tax purposes such as The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Wheelchairs for the World, Catholic Charities and other not for profit organizations.

Q: What are you hours of operation?
A: We are open 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday, with exception of holidays
